LabXchange - Protein Folding Exploring

In this simulation you can generate all hydrophilic (polar), all hydrophobic (non-polar), or random proteins and observe how the protein folds in response to these molecular properties as well as explore how the potential energy of the system changes over time to draw conclusions about how proteins develop stable structures. Great to have students do on their own or as a demo in front of the class in SBI4U for the biochemistry unit.
